How does it work?

The Audit

We start with a deep dive into you.

I’ll look at what you’ve tried before, what you’re doing right now, and exactly what you want to achieve next.

Yes, I want to know about your training and nutrition, but I also want to understand your lifestyle, your routines, and the challenges you might be having.

Because none of this happens in a vacuum, and the plan only works if it fits into your real life.

The Plan of Action

From there, I’ll put together a strategy built entirely around your goals, preferences, and schedule.

  • Want to track calories and macros? I’ll set clear targets that work for your body. Prefer not to? We’ll use other methods to structure and develop your diet.

  • Training at home three days a week? In the gym five? Or a mix of lifting and running? Your training will be designed around the time you have and the specific goals you care about.

  • Progress pictures and body weight, deadlift PBs and race times, or fitting in to the jeans you thought would never again see the light of day. We’ll track the things that matter most to you.

Before you even start, you’ll get an in-depth video walkthrough from me explaining the plan so you know exactly why we’re doing what we’re doing.

The Support

Every week, you’ll complete a check in to pause and reflect.

Together we’ll:

  • Notice what’s working so we can build on those areas
  • Spot tougher moments (whether that’s PMS cravings, a weekend that got away from you, or poor sleep impacting your training) so we can learn from them
  • Highlight where you need more guidance to set you up for the week ahead

You'll then receive a personalised video response — pointing out patterns you might not have noticed, giving clear next steps, and making sure you feel ready going into the new week.

And support doesn’t stop after your check-in day. You’ll have me on WhatsApp for training feedback, form reviews, or support through unexpected challenges.

You’re never left to fend for yourself and we won’t let wobbles spiral into a “f*ck-it” response. Instead, you’ll have someone walking through the process with you, helping you pause, refocus, and keep moving forward, even when things aren’t perfect.

 The Growth

Our strategy isn’t fixed. It will grow and develop alongside you. Together, we’ll keep reviewing your progress and refining your goals so you always have clear structure and direction.


Training will move through progressive phases to develop your strength and skills as a lifter, while nutrition targets will shift across dedicated blocks for fat loss, maintenance, or muscle-building depending on what’s right for you at each stage.


This way, you won’t be hitting plateaus or getting stuck like you’re feeling currently. We’ll be constantly pushing you forwards so you stay engaged and motivated by the changes you see and feel.

What's the commitment?

I have a minimum commitment period of 8 weeks.

What's the cost?

1:1 coaching is a monthly fee of £199, which is around £46/week (similar to what you’d pay for a single PT session!).
