What's the commitment?

I have a minimum commitment period of 8 weeks.

What's the cost?

1:1 coaching is a monthly fee of £195, which is around £45/week (similar to what you’d pay for a single PT session!).

Do you work with people outside the UK?

I sure do. I work with women all over the world - that's the amazing thing about online coaching!

There's no cookie cutter approach - everything is tailored to you and the circumstances in life you're at.

She's a wealth of knowledge with regards to gym, running, nutrition and all sorts really. She will listen carefully to understand what I am struggling with and come back with a plan tailored to me and my situation.

Jazz is extremely knowledgeable, always gives great advice and I trust her completely.

The form checks Jazz provides are extremely detailed and really let you see how to improve. I love how Jazz has realistic expectations on busy people and isn't a coach who thinks everyone has 24 hours a day to train, therefore helps you find ways to fit it in with your own schedule. I wouldn't want anyone else to coach me as I don't think there is anyone better!
