Gym-based training for muscle growth

You'll know exactly what to do every time you're in the gym, from what the exercise should look like by watching my video demonstrations, how many sets and reps and the tempo and intensity of each exercise.

Progress tracking

Log your sessions in the app so you can progressively overload, as well as your body stats and nutrition to keep track of how your body and strength changes over time.

Technique analysis & support

Upload a training clip for a form check every week for detailed feedback on your technique so you know you're lifting safely and effectively. Ask me any questions about your training so you're never left feeling confused.

Understand the how's and why's through exclusive eBooks and lectures. You'll learn how to optimise your training in the gym, and how to make sure your nutrition is supporting your goals too.

FAQs

Who is this for?

Whether you've been in the gym for years or are just getting started, this training is made for people who want to see real changes in their physique and strength, without the fluff and BS that's all over social media!

Will Jazz be coaching me?

Yes! As a member of the program I'm here to guide you through your training. Whether that's getting your form checked or asking questions - it all happens in our private Facebook Group!

Is nutrition included?

Whilst I won't be setting you personal nutrition targets, there are 100s of macro friendly recipes in the app. You can also use the in-app tracking, or connect it with your MyFitnessPal account.

How often will I get new training?

The program is written in 6-week Phases. At the beginning of each new phase, you'll be sent an introduction video where I break down every session, explaining why we're doing everything and giving you my best tips & tricks!

What if there's exercises I can't do?

For every movement there's a list of substitutions that means you can easily switch exercises for another in my library.

When should I start?

You can join us at any time! If you sign up now, you'll start training with us on the coming Monday.

If you did want to wait until the beginning of a new Phase, pop me a message and I'll let you know when the next one begins.

What if I don't have Facebook?

No worries! Just message me in the app or email me instead.

Can I switch between the 3- and 4/5-day splits?

Of course! Just message me in the app and I'll change you over.
